He arrived Port Phillip 11 Aug 1848 with wife in "Cornwall" from Plymouth 28 Apr 1848, as shepherd, both from Fort William, Free church, literate.
Early information confused his arrival details and children of his brother John, stating:
Grazier at Darraweit Guim, north of Melbourne. Buried Will Will Rook Cem, Campbellfield, Vic. Family later lived at Hamilton.
