- "niece of the late Major-General Cameron", aka Brigadier General Duncan Cameron, quarter master general in the West Indies, late of 132nd Foot, who died 2 Oct 1798, Martinique. An annuity from him of 1000 pounds was due to her after the death of his widow, as noted in her will of April 1803, which left all to her husband Charles.
