He married secondly Janet Maclean, dau. of Lauchlan Maclean of Vallay, and died 1730

Sir Ewen Cameron, of Lochiel, 17th Chief of Clan Cameron was born in Feb 1629 in Kilchurn Castle (son of John Cameron and Margaret Campbell); died in Feb 1719.
