    Notes:

    He escaped the massacre at Glencoe and settled as Innkeeper at Dalpowie, nr Murthly, parish of Little Dunkeld, Perthshire, changing his name to Cameron.

    He may have had another son, Peter, whose descendants lived at Caputh, Perthshire. A story also exists in that family of descent from McIan. (Ref. Scott Newport)
